Job Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls from customers and merchants regarding delivery, pickup, entry and return-related queries.
• Identify problems and coordinate with the Hub Manager, Pickup Manager, Return Manager, and Entry Man to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
• Provide timely feedback calls to customers and merchants after resolving their issues.
• Handle calls from Customer Care Executives and Key Account Manager (KAM).
• Maintain accurate records of all complaints, resolutions, and feedback.
• Ensure smooth communication between departments for service improvement.
• Report recurring issues and suggest process improvements to management.
